Physiotherapy · Your City
Care that starts with a proper assessment. Dr. Smriti works out what is causing your pain, then builds a plan around your body and your routine. You only come in for the sessions you actually need.

Most people who come in have been told to "just rest it" or have been sold a package of sessions before anyone properly examined them. Dr. Smriti works the other way around: understand the problem first, explain it in plain language, then treat only as much as you need.
Every patient leaves the first visit knowing what is wrong, what to do at home, and what recovery should look like week by week.
"The goal is to make you independent of the clinic, not dependent on it."
Reviews
I have a desk job and my lower back used to give up by evening. Dr. Smriti first explained what was actually wrong, then gave me a small set of exercises to do at home. In three weeks I stopped taking painkillers. Very grateful!
Brought my mother (67) for her knee pain. She was scared to even climb the stairs to our flat. The doctor was so patient with her and explained everything slowly. Now she goes for her morning walk again without any support.
Had my ACL reconstruction after a football injury and was worried I'd never play properly again. The rehab was step by step with clear targets every week. Back on the ground after 8 months, knee feels solid.
Software job, 10 hours on laptop, constant neck stiffness and headaches. Got my posture and workstation corrected and a 10-minute routine. Headaches have almost gone. Should have come much earlier honestly.
Another clinic told me I needed a 15-session package. Here, after the ₹500 consultation, I was told 4 sessions and home exercises were enough — and they were. Honest advice, which is rare.
Started coming for back pain after my second delivery. Exercises were gentle in the beginning and increased slowly. Now I can lift my baby and do housework without that sharp pain. Thank you so much!
Papa is 62 and had become very stiff after retirement. The strength and mobility plan has made a big difference — he is doing his yoga again and his balance is much better. Very professional and punctual.
Runner's knee before my half marathon. Found out my hip muscles were the real problem, not the knee. Finished the race pain-free. Only wish evening slots were easier to get on weekends!

It depends entirely on your condition and how you respond. Some people need none beyond the consultation, some need a few, and post-surgery rehab takes longer. You'll always know the plan and the fee before starting.
Loose, comfortable clothes that let you move and show the painful area (shorts for knee problems help). Bring any X-ray, MRI or doctor's reports you have.
No, you can book directly. If anything in the assessment suggests you need a scan or a specialist's opinion, you'll be told and referred.
Send a WhatsApp message or call. A few hours' notice helps someone else get the slot.
